What Shine uses to work

Only what is needed to run a zone session.

  • Account information for sign-in and support.
  • A device/session identifier so the session can start, sync, and end correctly.
  • Zone/session records for entry, exit, active status, and history.
  • Session events that help Shine understand the session lifecycle, permission state, integrity, and system state.
  • Push token only if notifications are used.
App privacy labels

Consistent with public app store disclosures.

Our website privacy labels are designed to mirror the public privacy disclosures we provide through the Apple App Store and Google Play. The iOS app is already approved, so we can show website-facing privacy labels now based on our App Store privacy answers. Google Play Data Safety labels will be reflected after the Play Store release process.
